After filing my nails to nothing for the sake of my manicure and pedicure course a few weeks back, I'm pleased to see that they've grown out a little.
I cracked the ring fingernail somehow. It's still attached and doesn't bend...I don't know what is going on there!
This is the cuticle oil I've been using recently. It's almond oil and I absolutely love the smell of it. I use it any time I remember. Don't be fooled by the name 'Maximum Growth'; I do not believe that this grows your nails per see, but it complements healthy nail practises such as moisturising.
I start the nail technology course this weekend, so goodness only knows what my nails will be looking like in the next few weeks!

Your nails look good. Sometimes my nails crack like that too. I haven't seen this cuticle oil pen. Congrats on nail school :)
ReplyDeleteThank you RM :) They might not do it in the US - I notice that they like to have their products varied in different countries. We get the boring stuff!
DeleteI saw this stuff on Chalkboard Nails called Orly Nail Rescue. I don't know if you'd have it there, but apparently it's AMAZING for repairing nails. Otherwise your nails look great!
ReplyDeleteI've not heard of this, but I'm going to keep an eye out for it. Thanks for the tip :)
DeleteYou know I envy your nails! They look great! Ive been buying up SH treatment nail pens at rite aid on clearance for 1to 2 bucks! Going to look for that one..thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteThank you sweets! I need all the help I can get so any time I see a cuticle conditioner or oil, I have to snap it up. I need one for each handbag!
DeleteI used to use that pen all the time years ago. It's so nice because it is really easy to carry around everywhere. Actually, after it was empty, I used to open it up and pour olive oil in there!
ReplyDeleteI hadn't even noticed that you could open it up! I will, once it's finished. Good thinking Batman!
DeleteLOL. It's not easy to open though. I had to use pliers. Pull from the brush side and pour in. Also, you know how you have to twist to make the product come out? Well you may have to twist it in the opposite direction to make room for new grease. Then snap back together and use! If the grease doesn't come out easy, then just shake it a bit and it will flow out.
DeleteYour nails look great!
ReplyDeleteHeeeyy Biba! Thank you :)

ReplyDeleteThank you lady :)
