My bare nails

After filing my nails to nothing for the sake of my manicure and pedicure course a few weeks back, I'm pleased to see that they've grown out a little.

I cracked the ring fingernail somehow. It's still attached and doesn't bend...I don't know what is going on there!

This is the cuticle oil I've been using recently. It's almond oil and I absolutely love the smell of it. I use it any time I remember. Don't be fooled by the name 'Maximum Growth'; I do not believe that this grows your nails per see, but it complements healthy nail practises such as moisturising.

I start the nail technology course this weekend, so goodness only knows what my nails will be looking like in the next few weeks!

    1. Thank you RM :) They might not do it in the US - I notice that they like to have their products varied in different countries. We get the boring stuff!

  2. I saw this stuff on Chalkboard Nails called Orly Nail Rescue. I don't know if you'd have it there, but apparently it's AMAZING for repairing nails. Otherwise your nails look great!

  4. I used to use that pen all the time years ago. It's so nice because it is really easy to carry around everywhere. Actually, after it was empty, I used to open it up and pour olive oil in there!

    1. I hadn't even noticed that you could open it up! I will, once it's finished. Good thinking Batman!

    2. LOL. It's not easy to open though. I had to use pliers. Pull from the brush side and pour in. Also, you know how you have to twist to make the product come out? Well you may have to twist it in the opposite direction to make room for new grease. Then snap back together and use! If the grease doesn't come out easy, then just shake it a bit and it will flow out.

  9. Se te ven unas uñas muy cuidadas y nada amarillas por el esmalte. Se ven con mucha salud.
